These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 66z6 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at 66z6.io and all associated services, products, and features offered therein. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using the 66z6 platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal player account registered by you on the 66z6 platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to your Account by 66z6, which are subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "Services" means all betting, casino gaming, live dealer, slots, and ancillary features accessible via the 66z6 platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on any game, sporting event, or casino product offered through 66z6.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the Services is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by 66z6 prior to processing withdrawals or upon request at any time.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 66z6 platform in any manner — including browsing, registering an Account, depositing funds, placing Wagers, or using any feature of the Services — you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You understand that gambling involves real financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds wagered.
• All information provided by you during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, complete, and up to date.

66z6 reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice via the platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the Services following publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of those revised terms.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use the Services on 66z6. This age threshold applies to all players regardless of nationality or the legal gambling age in their specific location. 66z6 takes age verification seriously and will request documentary proof of age at any point. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all Wagers voided, and any remaining Balance returned at 66z6's discretion after deducting any bonuses received.

3.2 Jurisdiction

It is the sole responsibility of each player to determine whether access to and use of the Services is lawful in their jurisdiction. 66z6 makes no representations as to the legality of its Services in any specific jurisdiction outside of its operating territory. Players who access the platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions do so entirely at their own risk and are not entitled to any remedy or refund from 66z6.

3.3 Single Account

Each individual person may hold only one registered Account on 66z6. Registering or operating more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. 66z6 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and, at its sole discretion, forfeit any balances or winnings associated with those accounts.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register a 66z6 Account, you must provide accurate and complete personal information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 66z6 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify 66z6 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

66z6 operates a robust KYC process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method at any stage — including but not limited to before processing a withdrawal, upon reaching certain cumulative deposit thresholds, or at any point where 66z6 deems verification necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality or, in cases of suspected fraud, account closure.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to your 66z6 Account are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are accepted: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method — the current minimum for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500, and for card methods (Visa, Mastercard) is ৳1,000. 66z6 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

66z6 only accepts deposits made by the registered Account holder using payment methods registered in that Account holder's own name. Deposits made by or on behalf of third parties are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of the deposit.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification and must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable at the time of the request. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. 66z6 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the platform's payment information section. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

66z6 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request. Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player before they are processed, in which case the funds will be returned to the Account Balance. Once a withdrawal has been processed by 66z6, the transaction cannot be reversed.

5.3 Currency

The 66z6 platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is performed on the platform. All Balances, Wagers, winnings, and Bonus Funds are denominated in ৳ at all times.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other promotional offers made available by 66z6 are subject to individual terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. Where no specific terms are published, the general bonus conditions set out in this section apply. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered through qualifying games before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Different games contribute different percentages toward the wagering requirement — for example, slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games may contribute a lower percentage. The specific contribution rates for each promotion are stated in that promotion's individual terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

66z6 maintains the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or colluding with other players to systematically exploit promotional offers. Players suspected of bonus abuse may have their accounts reviewed and, where abuse is confirmed, suspended.

7. Betting Rules

All Wagers placed on 66z6 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or sporting event in question. For sports betting, 66z6 follows standard international betting rules for each sport. In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error resulting in a Wager being offered at clearly incorrect odds, 66z6 reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the stake to the player's Account Balance.

For cricket betting — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches — specific rules regarding match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjustments, player substitution, and event cancellation apply and are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform. Players are advised to review these rules before placing cricket Wagers.

For live casino games, the rules of each game are displayed within the game interface and are governed by the game provider's certified rules (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, etc.). In the event of a dispute between the platform rules and the game provider's rules, the game provider's certified rules shall take precedence for the purpose of settling individual game outcomes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 66z6 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to place Wagers or interact with the platform without genuine human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or extract promotional value fraudulently.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund your Account.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financially criminal activity through the platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access any other player's Account without their explicit authorisation.
• Registering an Account if you are a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a 66z6 employee or contractor.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or conceal your true location.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 66z6 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of 66z6 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 66z6 platform without prior written consent from 66z6.

10. Privacy & Data

66z6 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 66z6 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors, game providers, and KYC verification partners only to the extent necessary to deliver the Services. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 66z6, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 66z6 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

66z6's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 66z6 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur, and 66z6 shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability.

12. Amendments

66z6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time and at its sole discretion. Where amendments are material — such as changes affecting player rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus terms — 66z6 will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' notice via the platform and/or by email to your registered address before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to it or to your use of the 66z6 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 66z6 operates. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits 66z6's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
